Custom Menus

At The Essex Room, we delight in the opportunity to create custom menus that suit your special desires. We invite you to meet with our Event Coordinator to discuss the many custom menu options available to you.

Station dinners are a "dressed-up" version of the traditional buffet. Various stations are placed strategically about the Room, allowing your guests to casually view and sample the choices of fine cuisine grandly presented. Each Station presents an opportunity for you to express your individuality and tastes.

The Essex Room's selections include Carving, Sushi, Seafood, Asian, Mexican, and Pasta Stations, complemented by your imaginative combination of Hors D'oeuvre, Appetizer, Salad, Soup, Bread, and elegant Coffee and Dessert Stations.
